Raj has been a Taekwondo student at Modern Samurai for nine years and has been studying Shinkendo for four years. At present Raj is a senior at Saint Frances Prep High School. in his spare time Raj enjoys art; sports, electronics, and video games. Family friends and being in the outdoors are favorite activities.

Born and raised in New York, Alex started in martial arts at a young age and joined Modern Samurai in May of 2010.  Currently he is employed as a graphic designer and a freelance artist. In his spare time when not engaged in Shinkendo practice and leading class, Alex is training at his local crossfit gym.
