Black Belt Level
Free sparring to include Taekwondo and basic kickboxing, but with the addition of wrestling, or whatever comes to mind. This is done with a less restricted approach to targeting and light contact is allowed.
With and without protective equipment.
Always strictly supervised and controlled.
